I shared my kudos to you about the evening with you that night. I hope you passed those on to the servers. It was a very nice evening. The servers were very warm and pleasant, the service was superb, and the food was excellent. I was especially impressed with one instance. We had a person that night who was Vegan. He had not ordered a plate and wasn't going to eat because of his special dietary needs. The server talked with him, and they created a food dish on the spot which he enjoyed very much. That was impressive.
I can't get on FB or the wedding wire with the link to leave feedback (blocked), and I can't find a feedback section in the Arrowhead link you gave me.

We received very glowing feedback from the event. The room was ideal for our group and the service exceptional. The servers were very attentive and polite. I think all went very well and exceeded my expectations.
Of course you could not have been more helpful and accommodating. I am sorry for any hassles I may have caused you. I will share any photos once I get them. So good of you wish us a good, happy and thankful Thanksgiving. Please know that I was remiss in not communicating with you sooner. As you will please recall we had our Timken High School Class of '57's 80th Birthday Bash at Arrowhead this past June 29, 2019, a Saturday evening. We had originally had The Clubhouse Grille Room reserved with plans to really "whoop it up" but were preempted by the Hoover Class of 1999, their 20th reunion, and had to "settle" for the "Ballroom." I want you to know that your intuition, instinct and experience must have kicked in because it was a very good decision. So many positive comments, compliments, etc. from most everyone. Thank you for being so accommodating and making sure the evening was a success for all of us who turned 80. Many, many, many more successes for you an your staff.

Thank you so much for everything! We had a wonderful evening! So many favorable comments about the venue and food. A friend is allergic to marinades. When mentioned to our server she made sure her steak was plain! Several mentioned that the meal service was quick, food warm, and steaks done pink inside like they liked. For feeding that many people at once, it went smoothly.
Our DJ was impressed, as well. He has played at many locations and said this was one of the best. He is going to recommend it to people! Thanks for being so responsive to our requests. It was a pleasure to work with you. Already people are asking for a 75th birthday party! I am suggesting they head up that committee!
